Modfab are pleased to announce Questacon has chosen Modfab for 3D Printing and CAD training going forward.
We’re tickled pink to be working with one of the most respected and innovative bodies in science and technology. From their travelling roadshows to regional Australia through to the amazing centre in Canberra, Questacon has been introducing science, maker culture and technology to kids of all ages for generations.
For our first foray into working with this powerhouse of STEM education and learning. Questacon fielded 16 bright and enthusiastic staff to participate in an intensive 7 hour 3D Printing and CAD training course run by Ben Roberts from Modfab.
Staff will take these new skills on the road with Questacon’s school outreach program which takes fun and exciting science and technology into schools to inspire students of all ages. That’s more STEM education heading out into regional Australia via Modfab’s initial 3D Printing and CAD training course.
We’re pleased to be working with such an icon in innovation and look forward to seeing all the special kinds of works produced right across the country as a result.
Modfab is extremely passionate about enabling places like Questacon with the right kind of technology, advice and ability so we can continue to share the advantages of this kind of STEM education with Australians.
Being able to share our skills and knowledge in 3D Printing and CAD training and then have that expand out into a wider circle through enabling teachers is something we love to do.
If you’d like to talk about how Modfab can train your teachers to enable 3D Printing and CAD training courses at your centre, museum, gallery, maker centre or school, by all means get in touch with us. We’re happy to help you.
